By playing Idle Vibe Coding Tycoon at idlevibecodingtycoon.com ("the Game"), you agree to these terms.

The Game

The Game is provided free of charge, for entertainment purposes, "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely.

Your save data

Progress is stored locally in your browser. We're not responsible for lost progress from clearing browser data, switching devices, or browser/device issues — use the in-game save export or create an account for cross-device backup.

Purchases

• Optional purchases grant permanent or temporary in-game effects only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or players.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Digital goods are delivered instantly upon confirmed payment. Because of this, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• If you believe a purchase failed to deliver its effect, contact hello@idlevibecodingtycoon.com and we'll investigate.

Advertising

The Game may show ads (including optional rewarded video ads) served by Google. Interacting with ads is always optional and never required to progress in the Game.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the Game's infrastructure, abuse the payment or account systems, or use automated tools to interact with the Game's backend outside of normal play. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update the Game or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
